These are some funny videos that not everyone here may understand, but these are sooooo true in what goes on during a typical day of a dealer...A normal day starts like this and gets crazier as the day goes on... that's why I'm on the EO list everyday... theres 3 videos, one is for being a dice dealer and the other is a day in the life of a BJ dealer as well and the last is about being a dealer in general... enjoy

Why arent we allowed to tear players eyes out again ?

This guy who wrote this song below had entirely too much time on his hands.

Is it really that bad to work as a dealer? I've always dreamt of getting a part-time/full-time job working at the casino and doing something card-related.

Im doing it for 30 years now more or less, dice, cards, wheel, so I'm kind of burnt out. When I started it was great, especially where I started but the way it is now, its like a factory job, you do your time and that's it. The money is still good depending on where you work, but theres no feeling of how should I say it ? Accomplishment ? Like, say a doctor does something, a plumber does something, they can do something and theres like fullfilment, they did something to help someone and theres an end result. What do we do ? Rob people ? They say we entertain them but to me that's a load of ****, basically all we are doing is taking their money at games they can never win at. Im trying to write this out and its tough to find the right words as I'm no Hemingway, lol.
Youre young I take it ? Do yourself the biggest favor you can ever do yourself, go to school, learn computers, learn something marketable, forget this trash, its a ticket to no where nowadays. The scummy corporations wind up with all the gold and try to give you as little as humanly possible and take away what little you do have, this is fact.
don't say I didn't warn ya ! Smile

Oh wow... thanks for the warning Tony45.
I was actually trying to find a part-time/full-time job as a dealer. Simply because it involves with me working with cards which is something I love.
Thanks for the heads on it though... Can't exactly say I'm not still tempted. xD

But I do understand the whole moral issue of things which comes with working at a casino. I mean, obviously you're working to take hard-earned money from people, but yeah, won't get into that. Much thanks for sharing your experience though Smile

No problem, glad to help. If you want to do it part time to make money to get through school like on weekends, great. But be warned, I seen a ton and half of guys who were only going to do it "To get through school" and years later theyre still on the line with me, lol. Fast easy money is a tempting lure and not just for this but anything, but don't let it blind you, make a long term goal and stick with it no matter what.
Good luck to you and if you want to know anything else, just drop me a line.
