In my eyes great magicians are the ones that sparked my love for magic and although they might not be rated by other people they will still be great in your opinion.
Paul Daniels inspired me in the 80's and still one of my idols and I do like reading about Erik Weisz (changed to Weiss hence username) as he is probably the first name people think of if you ask the question think of a magician? |

If you define "Best" as "The Performer Who I've Enjoyed The MOST" -- the answer is a resounding Mac King.
Great magic...outstanding comedy...a letter perfect communicator with the audience. Seeing him put me on the path of comedy magic 25+ years ago. David
