Any idea where I can get a magnetic card like used in Lethal Tender? Mine has an unconventional back and looks "fake." A Bicycle would be ideal.

You have to differentiate!
- Magnetic cards are gaffed cards with a magnet inside. - Shim cards are gaffed cards with something special inside which is attracted by a magnet. Sort of steel core, sort of..! I make both of them and both are sold thru http://themagicwarehouse.com/ Have fun with them.

The items at http://www.cards4magic.com that Kjellstrom posted are simply awesome! Does anyone know of a place in the US that I can get them?

You'll want the shimmed cards for Lethal Tender. I had the same problem as you, and I bought magnetic cards first. They didn't work to well, but the shimmed cards are great. I bought mine at the magicwarehouse.
