I am looking to add a spring flower manipulation routine to my act. What are the best looking spring flowers for individual manipulation? After some searching, the best I've seen are the ones produced by Secret Garden in Japan. Does anyone recommend any others producers/sites to buy spring flowers.

If those are the spring flowers you like, that is the ones you should go with.
You don't have to send all the way to Japan for them, as East Coast Magic sells them here: http://www.eastcoastmagic.com/flfrfisi.html Click here to view attached image. |

Tenyo .. if you can still find them the green outer leaves are made of a strong material that never wears .

I'd go for the cheap paper ones rather than the expensive plastic covered ones. The plastic causes the 'outer leaves' flowers to stick to each other making the production of individual flowers near impossible.
Bizzarely the cheaper made paper one's work very smoothly.

I checked an Tenyo Spring Flowers have been off the market since 2009. This type of thing is usually not on the second hand market. Then Tenyo collectors will just keep them, so it kind of unlikely that this is really a choice at this time. Kind of a waste of time suggesting or discussing things that are not even available or will be in the future.
---------------------------------------------------------- Another suggestion is the Japanese Million Double Spring Flowers. I like the way the open up very big. http://www.seomagic-usa.com/catalog/prod......s_id/553 |
