There are so many card to wallets on the market these days.
I want to get one(or more) if there's a need for it. Can someone recommend one or more to me? I don't want to buy 20 of them to figure out the good one(s). Thanks in advance for the advice. |

Can you name 2 or 3 magicians that have done a card to wallet routine that you like?
What kind of wallets are out in the market currently that you know of? What is your skill level with cards? Better yet, what is the card trick you perform the most? Have you heard of World's Greatest Magic dvds published by L&L? I'm sort of surprised that you would not have already seen this topic discussed to almost ad nauseam or have done a search since you joined in 2009. |

Hi Phil,
I personally use the JOL Hip Wallet. I love it but I must admit it's the only one I've tried. I didn't like the looks of a lot of the card to wallets but this one looks like an everyday wallet and I use it as that. |

I was wondering about J.O.l. Yes I don't want it to look loke a prop. Thanks adam. Can the Heirloom wallet be used for it?
Kaps fire wallet? Rklew64. How about the easiest to perform in walk around situations. |

Here's my review of the Mesika wallet: http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......orum=109
There are also plenty of other reviews of other good wallets on the Café if you search for them.

I've done card to wallet for about 45 years and have owned, used and sold just about every kind out there.
For just all around fast reset, do anywhere I heartily suggest a Mullica Wallet. Automatic reset and the effect is all you could want. For my 'finale' work and when I wanted something a little more special: The Le Paul style wallet in which the signed card appears in a zippered compartment in a sealed envelope. Probably my favorite wallet trick of all. The only other wallet I have used at different times and for different reasons is the Bendix Bombshell using the John Mendoza routine from John: Verse Two. This is simply a killer routine. Makes a great finale. Don't bother though unless you can get the Mendoza routine. I tried for almost 15 years to improve it and I couldn't. For just starting out I'd get the Mullica. Not that expensive and fairly easy to do. No palming, etc. Best,

Hey Phil,
I'm looking to buy a wallet as well and, thanks to Brad's advice will research the Mullica Wallet. I've also read great things about the Stealth Assassin and Outlaw Effects wallets. When you buy one, please let us know what you purchased and how you like it. |

I am also very much looking forward to the new Ammar/Kaylor effect.
Although I do not own the F1 Wallet it has received some great reviews on the Café and seems a good choice for those who do not want to palm. I own the Infinity Wallet and use it as my daily wallet. The Infinity Card to Wallet works great and it offers so much more. For strictly Card to Wallet a d..ble bac..r in your every day wallet is hard to beat. It gets amazing responses and costs just a few dollars! I also think the suggestion above to look at the Mullica Wallet is a good alternative. There is certainly no shortage of alternatives to select from! |
