There is a seller out of Hong Kong that sells NOTHING but knock-offs of magic and mentalism products, including my own. eBay tells me they will only act if they receive multiple reports against them. Please take the time to see the line up of products and the rediculous prices. You do not have to report a specific item but you can report the actual seller here: http://contact.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?......nl668800
Anyone who wants to help me out specifically can report the counterfeit version of my product by going to the link below and clicking on the "Report Item" link on that page. http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?View......7wt_1141 Christopher |

The offending item has been removed but eBay refuses to do anything further to the seller. I have discovered that if a seller offers anything short of terrorist services, you are welcome to sell on eBay. It is frustrating to say the least. The seller's eBay ID is vivanl668800.
All the best, Christopher |

That's ridiculous. Ebay does nothing in a case like that? Wow.

Like trying to stop a tornado by blowing on it. This same guy selling knock offs on Ebay is probably selling the same knock offs to ever gas station, dollar store, and flea market vendor. You want to keep this from happening? Stop buying from China, and going to them to manufacture goods. Good luck trying to get others to do it, I've already done this myself, but I sure as heck haven't been able to get anyone else to.

In Ebay's defense it's almost impossible to stop it. Think about the hours, manpower, time investigating, he says/she says. I think they are doing the best they can. If you don't like it, voice your opinion, do something, but don't fault a 3rd party.
That's like saying I want to boycott the post office because they won't do anything about the countless pieces of junkmail I get... |

Fortunately I guess with the decline of the dollar progressing along nicely it will soon be a fact that the items out of China will be more expensive then what we can produce in America, and we know we can certainly produce better quality. Nothing to fear but fear itself, just keep making your products better then the crap, money always seeks the best that men have to offer.
