Hello friends, I'm thinking about hitting the Bumpershoot Festival for Busking today and tomorrow. Anyone got the skinny the legalities? I guess I must be getting older. I never used to care what the rules were. Cellini taught me to set up wherever I wanted and ask questions later. Back in the day, I invited trouble. Now I just want a nice place to busk where the cops and festival organizers are happy to see me.
