On Doug Higley's recommendation, I checked out Trick R Treat a couple of years ago. It is BY FAR the best Halloween movie I have seen. It is smart, creepy and totally satisfying. Needless to say, I bought a copy right away and I'll be watching it tonight.

Bought that one right after the first time we saw it...absolutely love it. Great cast, and perfectly creepy little interwoven stories. We've seen it a few times this month (we try to extend Halloween as much as possible) and will probably watch it again tonight. Strongly considered a Sam costume for Halloween.

Guess they forgot to tell Bill Buckley.

Sorry if this is off-topic, but I always liked "Dead of Night" with Michael Redgrave (1945).

Nothing is off topic here. Ever.

Even Nazis are on topic.

Speaking of Nazis, I liked Dead Snow, anyone else?

And I totally agree Trick R Treat is awesome, definitely a favorite of mine. Wish they'd hurry it up with the sequel.

I bought the DVD of Trick R Treat but I didn't care too much for it. I guess I'm in the minority here.

No I haven't Woland. Should I take this as a recommendation?
