Do anyone know where one can get a version of the balloon pump that has a spring snake inside?
I've looked around the forums and so far the ones available are just not of the right fit. Is anyone using the one that Buster Balloon use for his balloon show? It looks fantastic! 0.12 - 0.15 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KioggbMAZW8 Thanks so much people! |

Just find a container of the right size with a screw on top. Cut off the nozzle part of an old broken balloon pump and attatch it to the bottom of your container.
It only has to look vaguely like your real balloon pump. No one is going to notice the switch. |

Hey Mike, thanks for the advice! There's always a d.i.y version, but somehow, I just think such an item should be available commercially, and it'll be great if I could get it straight. None the less, thanks.

If it does turn out that someone is marketing this I would suggest that people buy it from them. Building even simple props can be more trial and error than you expect. (The snakes get stuck in container because the body is too wide, the lid pops off early because the plastic is too flimsy etc etc)
I wouldn't be surpised if he just made it himself. It's a great prop. It looks right and works right. It's just that it looks quite simple in construction. |

That's a great idea. I am always more interested in buying something well made than trying to figure out how to make my own things. I don't have faith in my own fingers. If someone is marketing this with a good quality spring snake I'd be interested in it. It'll save me so much work trying to figure it out on my own.

Hmm, that one on Ebay doesn't look too great. It's not a very clear picture but it looks like the inexpensive adams snake can with the plastic snake plus a plastic nozzle that fits over the end.

Actually I have found small snakes that come in a cheap peanut can the can even has like bb's in a fake bottom to make sound while containing a spring snake.
the springs snakes that come with it fit right in the back iof the red qualatex pump so your don't have to do anything and the pump still works |
