I've just started squeaking with an electronic squeaker that I had a friend rig up with a toe switch. Nothing in the hand, free to talk and still able to squeak. Will let you know how it goes.

I bought Jeff McBride's squeaker dvd when it came out. I thought it was a great dvd and the squeaker had great potential. My problem in using the squeaker was that it became water-logged with spit very quickly, and stopped squeaking, right in the middle of my routine (in practice sessions--I never actually put it in my show). Am I the only one who has had this water-log problem? If not, how can you manage it?

G'day Noland
I have had this happen but only after a lot of continual use - I keep a spare one in my pocket just in case. Bob Latta (aka Troppo Bob) |

I hate using it in my mouth, but I love the squeek. Is there a better way to rig it so it's hands-free and spit-free? So far, all I've come up with is strapped to the forearm, but that's not ideal either. It's hard to get a clean, timely squeek with nothing solid to push against.

Is this what this forum has come to? Discussions about squeaker products with ideas we've all used for ages, and men reacting to half naked ladies. I resign.

That particular dvd was not as idea-filled as I had hoped.
it was ok but I honestly don't even remeber what was on it. maybe it just wasn't my type of thing.
