I understand where you were wanting to take this, Ros, but for my money, if you really wanted to get at people like me, would be to go the other direction.

What I mean is, I haven't bought your ebook, and I doubt I ever will. But I what would make me want to is to hear that you had gone and made a video out of it, going word by word from your book, using it as your script.

This way we get to see and hear your every nuance for ourselves. Since this would end up as a DVD & book combo, you could easily slip in extra chapters or easter eggs. You're one of the most unrelentingly creative people I know (sort of like Ken or Harley were 25 years ago!), so I'm sure you would come up with something fun and interesting.

Just a thought. But this is what would get my attention, and I would gladly pay a fair price for it too.

Just finished reading the pages. What I really appreciate, in addition to the meat in the manuscript, is the listing of hardware/illusion providers at the end, now that Cannons have all but closed their doors. Thanks, Ros!

Given that 'we' the brits sent all our cons over to Austratlia I believe that 'we' the brits invented such things as the ADA Handcuffs, the spread-eagle eyelets, and the replica russian manicle (amounst other great pieces of hardware).

Ok its a stretch but it works for me. Rule Britania! God save The Queen ete etc etc off for tea and crumpets now.

Resurecting this thread for a bit. I just had the opportunity to pick up and read Roslyn's ebook, 'Get Real'. I have to say, that like all the other posters above, I really enjoyed this manuscript and the 'Get Real' method presented is not only brilliant but simple! As someone who is just getting back into performing, the info contained in the ebook will prove to be quite valuable once I eventually get back out there and perform.
