Here's an idea on presenting the wrist shackles solo. Get a spectator on stage and show him the wrist shackles, unlock the locks, and let him check everything out including a cloth bag you have. I explain that they were invented before the handcuff (whether that's true or not, it sounds good). I also, get the spectator to examine the colorful (check out material in a fabric shop, you'll find all kinds of material) bag the size of a pillow case. The pectator locks you in the shackles and you state you will try to get out.......this will only be an attempt. He slides it up over your extended arms with the shackles now on your wrists. When the bag is half way up your arm you slide one hand free and wave it around and tell the spectator to push the bag up past your elbows because you don't want anyone to see how you do it. This always get a nice laugh !! After 30-50 seconds you put the free hand back in the bag, the bag is pushed up past your elbows, the spectator stands back or you move away from him, and suddenly drop the whole bag with shackles in it to the floor with a bang !! Applause !!

Sounds like an In/Out escape to me. A classic of escapology performed by most pro and amateur EAs around the world for many years.
If I were you I'd do a search on here (or indeed on Google if you type in what you're looking for plus "magic Café") before posting. Chances are that somewhere deep within the virtual vaults of "The Green Boards" you'll find the same question or idea. And if not exactly the same certainly similar enough to warrant your post being included there rather than forming a new thread. Happy posting.
