Hello, I have started work on a medicine show, but are running into some snags, and any help would be very welcome!

question 1: the "medicine" I have 2 choices, root beer, or hot sause, I can get eather with custome lables, plus mock ups that are more to the time (going for 1860s) the mock ups are for use in the show.

the root beer is cheaper, by about a buck if that helps.

question 2: pitch or free to a good tip? I'm a busker, and have a hard time with the idea of just selling the stuff, I could go out and get a job if I wanted to do that how do you guys handel this?

also any help with the 1860s are a boon also, I have visited civ war camps, have had people stop me "Are you with the ..." the blank look gave me away befor my garb did.
