Testors dull coat is the spray I use.
I also think cardshark also has a spray, but I haven't tried it, so can't say if it's any good. By the way, I think this post should be in the card selection

You can get a roughing stick from stevens magic that kicks ass.... 1 stick and you can treat hundreds of cards and there's no waiting to dry... I made an invisible deck in 15 mins with it...

BTW, the product number for Krylon Matt Spray is #1311(just to make sure you get the right can )

Your local magic shop sells it under the name "cling playing cards together for invisable deck spray."
Seriously though, all the above suggestions.

It's expense but with cardsharks science friction you'll be able to treat 26 cards and make best invisible deck you've ever handled.

I think I still have a bottle of roughing fluid I bought over thirty years ago. I've never opened the bottle.
