I mentioned before that we should have a thread for bits and pieces of Tenyo tricks that we need or have.
For people like the man who needed Telesphere Balls or me who needs the insert graphic of the eight of diamonds for the Wonder Window package. Please list here if you have any packaging, partial packaging, misc parts. spare original instructions, etc. |

NEEDS:
- The eight of heart package piece for Wonder Window. HAS: - Krazy Keys packaging, instructions and non-gimmicked keys (everything but the gimmicked key I lost). - Knight of the Tomb (Milton Bradley Magic Works version of Diobolicus) white block. Give your Diabolicus a Knights Templar change-up with this spare part. I have the black case too, just one strip is not working. - The carrying case for Tricky Business. I have more items, just can't think of them right now. LMK AA |

I am missing a couple of parts if anyone could help out:
Koornwinder Kar - Missing the cards that came with this. If anyone is not using theirs perhaps we can make a deal. Confined Cubes - My stick broke. Anyone have an extra stick? Alpha Tunnel - I am missing the ball bearing. I suppose I can pick one up from a hardware store if I knew what size. I'll try to take a look through my box o' magic to see what extra parts I have. |

Great thread, thumbs up!
I'm missing the fragile GIMMICK OF CROSSROADS (have the 'cross') and also missing one chip of MYSTERY OF THE HIGH HAT! Please contact me if you have anything that completed the sets.

I guess the discs for Quicksilver and Excalibur are different sizes.

XL,
I don't use the cards for Koornwinder, and would not mind parting with them. But here is the problem. If I ever go to sell the trick without the cards, I can't imagine what the resale value would be. Also, I can't propose what I would want for them because I'm not, like they say, a 'motivated' seller. But, if they are important to you, PM me as I would be willing to listen and help if we can agree on something. Ed |

The Koornwinder Kar is still being made (which means there are plenty of them out there), and your piece is already open, so its future retail value isn't great.

Guys,
I bought two poly bagged Tenyo tricks, Dragon's Altar and Super Spike, and both came without the coins. I was told I could perform Dragons Altar with any coin but I keep getting the coin and the ball in the box. I just opened the Super Spike and a quarter is too big and a nickel seems too small. The coins that come with these tricks, are they actual currency that I can get somewhere or are the Tenyo props. With way, I need coins for these two tricks. LMK if you have any ideas. AA |

Not sure about Dragon Alter but Super Spike uses 5 yen coins.
A friend of mine goes to Japan pretty often. I can ask him if he has any. |

Hey AA, you are correct, finding the right coin for Dragon Altar makes all the difference in performance. Somewhere in my travels I picked up in a gift shop a small bag of what appeared to be old asian coins of three diffrent sizes. They are very worn but look cool. I found one that was a hair larger in diameter then a quarter and about half the thickness. It does have a hole in the middle. It works perfectly and allows me to successfully perform the trick 99% of the time. The trick is one of my favorites. I just tried it with a quarter and like you the coin is ending uo inside the box on a number of occasions. I think it is finding the right combination of diameter and thickness (weight). Wish I had an extra one so I could send it to you.

I was able to get a couple of 5 yen coins. I'll try to send them your way sometime tomorrow. |

So does anyone which coin works best with Dragon Altar? I recently bought the Dragon Altar effect. And I can see why a U.S. Quarter might not be the best option.

This thread shouldn't be forgotten, it's a great idea and very useful.
I'm looking for the gray plate/insert for Geometrick. Mine snapped in half. Thanks |

Whoa snapped in half!
Ya this a good thread, somehow I missed this one. My soft coins didn't come with the plastic unlocking tool, I have to use a pencil. No big deal but nice to have the right tool easy to hide for an in their face reset.
