Does anybody know the size, color and quantity of rubber bands that come packaged with Billscape?

I ended up with a used one. I think I saw only two black plastic bands. They were deteriorating and leaving residue on the plastic so I tossed them as soon as I got it. It was used so this is not a definitive count.

They were the same size as the band around the extra sleeves in Syncro Boxes.

My wife has these clear elastic hairbands that are made of the same material same width and thickness at the Billscape ones. I don't know if they come in other colors but you can find them in a beauty supply store.
