Join the Society of American Magicians and receive their monthly magazine. Paul Romanhy also has a free magazine online called Vanish.

There were a couple of magicians who used to be at the Magic Session who started a weekly online newsletter. When my computer crashed, I lost my favorites list. Does anyone know the URL?
