It pains me a great deal to be posting this, as I'm a proud guy and I hate to ask people for anything... but I'm really in a tight spot.

I'm supposed to be attending my first year at Humber Theatre School this September, which is of course another stepping stone to my future. However, I've run into problems financially. My job as a theatre usher doesn't give me much in terms of shifts or hours, so I don't really have money. I've applied for OSAP, which is a government loan for students. I discovered today that I haven't been approved for the full amount of the loan and therefore owe my school money out of my own pocket... Money I truly do not have. In fact, I am supposed to send them almost $2000 by this Friday otherwise I lose my spot in the program. It has been extremely stressful and emotionally exhausting for me, and I'm running out of time and options.

I've tried getting another job for the summer, applying to at least 30 places that all rejected me. Long story short, I've earned next to no money this summer and I was really counting on my OSAP funding to be a little bit higher. If I were approved for the full amount it would have covered almost all of my tuition and residence fees. Sadly, I received almost $3000 less than I hoped.

I'm not asking directly for charity, but I would appreciate it if you would be able to help me out by purchasing one of my two current downloads, The Destiny Effect or The Kras Change. The money I could earn from these downloads would certainly help a great deal.

As for the situation, it's all turned out fine for now. My parents revealed that I had savings bonds that covered about half of what I owed, and then they paid the rest. For second semester I'll owe another $2000 but I'm working on that right now. I guess I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.
