Does anyone have a source where I can find similar shirts to Barry Mitchell? I certainly to want to be a Barry clone, I'm just looking for some camp or bowling shirts with a bit more flair .... especially in the summer heat. Most of the camp shirts that I find are rather stale or have images that are unrelated.
Thanks, Dan. |

Barry Mitchell is a fashion tragedy. Shop at Joseph A Bank and you will look like a real magician.

I wear the bowling shirts all the time doing kidshows, fashion tragedy or not. They are colorful and comfortable and fit my persona. So there.

The kids may not care if you wear a bowling shirt, but if you look in the back of the room all the mom's are making fun of your poor taste in costume. Dress like you are worth the kind of money you charge.

I think your audience deserves the best so not only a great performance but also nice looking props, good looking outfit that fits your show, proper behaviour both on & off stage,... unfortunately there are so many badly dressed magicians -& clowns out there who gives us all a bad name! Many jugglers and clowns have very strict rules about conduct, grooming, and costumes that they will call you on.
Once at a juggling convention we had an outside area to smoke cigarettes, so the jugglers that smoked did it there. About every third juggler who passed the designated smoking area complained to them for giving jugglers and juggling a bad name.

Tacky is not a style. Tacky is the lack of style.
