I am interested in ordering a Swifty Bag. I have called Swifty and sent emails numerous times in the past several weeks, and have not heard from him. Does anyone know how to get in touch with him? I am using the phone and email that is on his website. Thanks.

Good luck with that! Alan has the absolute WORST customer service on the planet. He never returns phone calls, or emails. EVER! I don't know how he stays in business. It really sucks!
With that said, if you CAN get hold of him and get an order placed, it's a SUPERIOR product to pretty much ANYTHING that is out there. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cADdZDqGF50

Holy cow! Allen called me today and he said "I'm in Orlando, and I have a bag for you." He was in town for a trade show. So I got my Swifty Bag.

AWESOME! Glad to hear it Karen! Did you get THE BIG ONE? Load it up and post a photo. I'm glad you finally got it. Alan is a nice guy (when you can reach him) but he must be the busiest guy on the planet. I just can't do that to my customers. Still, his bag is THE BEST out there!

I was discouraged after reading this the first time, but I'm glad it turned out well for you. I still use an apron, but if I'm looking to switch to a bag in the future, this appears to be the cat's meow. Hopefully Alan has ironed out the kinks in his service dept when the day comes when I take the plunge.

Allen has no service department.
It's just him. He is a performer like us. I bought the "Colossal Bag" years ago and I had the same exact problems with Allen. that said its the bag I use everywhere. Every party and every restaurant. He has always been this way and don't think he is ever gonna change. |

I have been using a double busking bag from Twist em Up and an extra backpack... But I need more space and want it all in one bag. and if you could get all you want in one bag you'd never be able to carry it and the bag would likely rip from the stress of all that weight. IMO, if you're carrying more than a double busker bag can hold then you're packing too much stuff. If you really need all those colors & sizes then pack fewer of the lesser used ones. |

I like the looks of the Tristan Shout bags http://www.tristnshout.com/bags/. At the moment I’m waiting on more information. Rose did tell me they will be at Twist & Shout in Saint Louis.

I have a Twist & Shout bag which I am very happy with. Their customer service was very responsive and quick.

I've been using this now for almost a year and it's still just as good as the day I bought it. Allen makes these to last and he told me that he guarantees them for life should a rip ever occur. I can hold over 12,000 balloons in this bag all at once. I always have every color I need, and I never have to worry about running out. I'm not saying the bags arn't good, they just don't work for me and others like me who enjoy having almost every color made in all the sizes available. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cADdZDqGF50

I have had my Swify Bag (the largest one they make) for 3 years and had no problems at all.
Other than getting it and having Alan call me. He has the worst customer service but his bags are the best. People always say: "That's a huge bag!" I say you its 52 pounds worth of balloons.. Because I got it in Europe and they are in pounds and we are in dollars so it's 52 pounds!.. Always gets a laugh and then I quickly say actually its 7-15 cents per balloon so its its a lot more than in balloons but it does weigh about 52 pounds. This fun joke with a laugh always also help people see the value and cost in a non threat way. |
