Not strictly cards but Annemann's '202 methods of forcing' is also worth a mention.
It used to be available for free at the Learned Pig Project website; nowadays I expect you can find it on Lybrary.

The Royal Road to Card Magic - and it's called the Classic Force.

It takes practice and hard work to get the timing BUT it is the ONLY force of a card that looks natural (in my view).

If you genuinely want someone to take a card from the pack, that's exactly what you would do; you'd spread the cards out. All of this time-consuming cut, turn face up then cut deeper, riffling of cards and say stop, or cut the pack and mark the cut, etc. can anyone honestly tell me any of these look as effective as simply spreading the pack out in your hands for a free selection?

Just to add, it's called The CLASSIC force for a reason.
