Can anyone recommend a cheap supplier of 260q ballooons in the UK?

Graham Lee does Qualatex and sempertex http://www.qualatexballoons.co.uk/ or http://www.sempertexballoons.co.uk/ he is a menber on here as well.

What the differnce with qualatex and sempertex?

Qualatex is the more common and easy to get hold of balloon. Sempertex or in the US, Bellatex has slightly different colours and as slightly long on length.
I recommend Qualatex if you are new to balloonery. |
