please note - the leather padfolio it is in, does not come with the pad - its mine, I've removed the other stuff as not to confuse the issue more... right - so what is it? a high quality art pad, A4 size (this is a standard size in the UK) - the paper is of good stock that makes sure the marker does not bleed through onto the other sheets... the instructions on its use comes printed on a refill pad of the same sized sheets and paper stock...you also get a stabilo marker...and I get "the work" through a good six pages or so. It works just like any other parapad which has been reviewed elsewhere in here. The best compliment I can give it is this... IT IS A SIMPLE, GOOD QUALITY A4 SKETCH PAD... that is all. please be aware, I do not do stagework, this is for me, one-on-one at a table... a brilliant and simple thing to use... This was quite a challenge, because we wanted to keep the back covers thin anyway - but they had to be stiff nevertheless to achieve a smooth handling. We found the solution in a pretty expensive cardboard which is originally used for high quality mounts/passe-partouts/mattes (not sure about the right term in English) which are made of 100% so-called alphacellulose. Thomas, is this less expensive in the States through Tannen's, or is it the same if we order directly from you? (Previously extremely satisfied direct customer of Deplcting Thoughts, ESP Cards, and the original PL pad.

Thank you for your appreciation, John.
Unfortunately you can't get the larger pads anywhere else but from us personally at the moment. Obviously Tannen's will get them at some point - but for now you can't get them there. It is fair enough that you try to get them less expensive, but I'm afraid that the final costs will be the same anyway. This is simply because we never felt satisfied with the idea to produce a tool cheaper but for the price of a decreasing quality. Nevertheless if you want to save money actually, here are some discount codes, valid for exactly a week, saving € 12.00 per order of a ParaPad large set. Obviously each code works just one time - so once it is used by anyone it becomes invalid. 9IH7BDYTUM 4N4JEPFVUJ 89V8ALBVLZ PH5I6MGMA8 S5YILSS38G MFDX8S5F5X WA2T3K1485 XNKQRDMH6C SQJH18KDG7 LNZ5O71HRE Apart from this (for you may have referred to the costs over-all as well): During the period of this offer the shipping of all ParaPad large sets is postage-free (shipping via FedEx Express) anyway. Now FedEx delivers within 3-5 business days usually (Germany - USA). So I would neither expect that you can get it less expensive nor quicker anywhere else. Hope this helps. Th. |

Thank you, Thomas, I wasn't trying to be cheap, just wondering if the shipping would be less if ordering from Tannen's. However, you've taken care of that very kindly, and I've placed my order with you.
