I am currently looking for a set of 2.5 inch green sponge balls. I am having a difficult time locating them. I have purchased 2 and 3 inch green, but can't seem to find the 2.5 in green. Does anyone know an online dealer selling them?

I think they only make the 2.5's in red and black, at least that's all I've found, might have to go down to 2 inch, why do you need 2.5 so specifically?

Yeah, that is all I found as well. I got the 3 inch to practice with after seeing Steve Dacri work with that size. It just looks so good. Though I can use them, they are a little large for some of the routines I do. So I thought I would try the 2.5 just to see how they feel. In all honesty I like the 2 inch best. But I was just wanting to have options.

Ah, well you might try just getting black or red 2.5" and using them to see how you like it, then if you really want that size I'm sure theres some way you can get them custom made for the color you want.

Looks like that may be what I have to do. I wonder why they are only offered in 2 colors?

Try getting some green leather dye and see if it will take onto an old spongeball. Also, leather dye can be used to color flash paper if you want a color other than white.

Wravyn, I was thinking he could dye them but he would need some way to strip the color from the ball first or else he'll end up with a real muddy looking green. I just don't know what would strip the color from a spongeball without destroying the ball.

One reason I suggested to try an old spongball first.
Also, could try putting an old one in a light bleach water, very light bleach, too much may destroy the ball. |

Yeah, probably best to try an old spongeball first indeed, if you do try the bleach be sure that you rinse the ball really thoroughly, the last thing you want is a spongeball with bleach in it, then you use the spongeball and then rub your eye. you get the idea.
