Does anyone know where I can buy one if these from?

They date way back and were on the the navy ships, there are loads of video's
On YouTube of these, and I've been looking for one for a long time.

You basically blow into the pipe, and you are able to spin the wheel, now when you give it to a friend, they blow into it, and get a face full of talken powder!

I don't think there will be a shop that sells these, I may need to get one welded up.

Anyone help me? Or has anyone seen these before?

Is the puzzle area slow moving?

Sounds to me like most if not all of the YouTube videos are from the United Kingdom. Maybe you can connect with one of the individuals who have posted the videos. I'm wondering how this goes over these days when people seem to be concerned about sharing items that have been in someone else's mouth? Might need some kind of removable, throw-away sleeves like are used on thermometers.
