Because of recent events, I feel it's needed to share my own Lovik dummy.
In the link below is a video, going through his features etc... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8PDjsZtzewk I hope you enjoy it. Comment, subscribe and like if so. For FREE ventriloquist lessons, check out my channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/DavidAkiCreations?feature=mhee |

He is a nice looking figure, but I've always been a fan of many of the Lovik figures, I've had quite a few over the years and still have a couple sitting here.

Great Video David,
I've considered purchasing a Lovic figure as my first hard figure is this the best option in your opinion Anyone else is free to offer up advice or contact me direct via PM Regards Dr Rob |

It seems today there are more ventriloquist figure builders than there are ventriloquists so your options are many.

Both David and I are in the U.K and good vent figure makers are hard to come by also if we have to have items shipped from the U.S prices are very expensive as we have to add customs charges.
Just an observation. Dr Rob |

As far as I know this is where you can purchase a Geoff Felix figure in the UK

That Lovik figure is impressive! How big is he? Looks big, but it's hard to tell from the video. I'm more a fan of a side-to-side lever for side-to-side moving eyes, but that's just a personal preference. All in all, the controls look very nicely done. I like the blinker and eyebrow levers all being together like that. I gave your video a definite thumbs up!

I watch the film "Dummy" often because it is a good film but the main reason is to see that great figure you built! Same with the Kevin Spacey short film on YouTube. |

Since this is a thread on Lovik dummies, do any of you have contact with Craig's son, Keith? I've been trying to reach him for a number of months. He doesn't respond to his emails. The only email address I have is the one that is listed on his website. I have Keith's mailing address but he doesn't reply to my letters either. Thanks.

I believe at one time Keith was building figures for Terry Fator. Now, I'm not sure what he's up too. I'm not looking to buy a figure from him though. He was doing some work for me and the last email I received from him was July 2012. He doesn't answer his phone either. If any of you have connections to Keith, I sure could use some help. Thanks.
