I've never seen a realistic looking one other than those produced by Photoshop. Now I don't know your act but personally in the current climate about guns I know I wouldn't want a realistic looking one. I have nothing against guns but many people do.
Just my .02 worth.

Yes that's a point, thanks. I just use the bang gun in my ring routine. The ring is wrapped in a hanky (ring vanishing hanky) and is placed inside a glass where it will disappear. The ring of course will appear somewhere else at the end. The gun is just a fun gadet to help cover the dirty work. Also I tell a story of Wilhelm Tell and that they can shoot the glass and if they can hit it, they get their ring back....However with this gun they anyway now this is just a joke. A more realistic gun would it make more thrilling.

Back in the old days before foreign made c**p made its appearance, like the one above, there was a very nice bang gun available. Check the estate sales at Fab or Hocus Pocus in Fresno.

This clown prop supplier has a stage size bang gun for sale, don't know if it is Chinese, you will have to inquire yourself. You can google the words "clown props" and see what you come up with insofar as other dealers, or you can join a clown forum and inquire the members there. Sometimes props are made that only the community knows about or has access too. Bang guns are quite common among circus folks. You might try European dealers too. I tried a cupola place in London and nothing came up.

Milesart; If you're not looking for the flag version but one that shoots a small ball of fire check out the 'cosmic blaster' on this page.
It might be a good substitute for the one that Hank Lee used to sell.
