Hi, I have been using the dippy duck for quite some time but have started having problems and wondered if anyone has a solution. The duck is now being greedy and picking up more than one card. Has anyone had this problem, and if so, how did you solve it? Thank you

I don't use dippy duck a great deal - however just recently I've started using it again. The only thing I can think of is make sure that the cards you are using are new and in good condition. Also, don't be too quick with the action. Use a more smooth, slightly slower pull.
