Court documents state Gary Gibb, 60, has agreed to a plea deal requiring him to testify against Teddy Mitchell, his two sons and six other people that the U.S. Attorney believes were involved in a bookmaking and poker ring. The trial is set to begin in August.
Under the agreement, Gibb will receive a maximum sentence of five years in prison, three years supervised release and a fine of $250,000. He also agrees to forfeit $500,000 that the federal government said is the amount he made from the operation. http://www.koco.com/news/oklahomanews/ok......dex.html
