I've read some good comments and reviews concerning the Ostrich Factor practice guide. As a beginner it sounds ideal, but I wonder if this book is more for experienced magi who are looking to revitalise their practice and their routines, or if it is suitable (desirable) for the beginner?
Does the Factor require/expect a certain level of knowledge regarding magic theory?

Do you plan on creating, practicing, and rehearsing?
If so, The Ostrich Factor would be a good thing to have on your side. One would need no knowledge of magic theory. |

As a beginner, you will get plenty out of this booklet.

Good for all levels, a must have book for every magic library. Took me 30 years to learn what is in that book. Gerald does a great job.
