I found a budget Vanishing Deck of excellent quality, albeit in generic bridge size, with Marshal Brodein's TV Magic Cards backs. It is in Ideal's Ryan Oakes Magic Set #3:

These sets retail for about $5 each, but I got mine for a whopping $2.50! Set #3 also includes a quarter-sized plastic Okito coin box.

At a "Go! Games and Toys" store at a mall in New Jersey. All 4 sets were 50% off and have been for a while.
