I saw this old hobo figure for sale on eBay.
It looks like a Craig Lovik creation. The seller lists it as 1970s Maher product. I wonder how many figures from that era have survived! . Click here to view attached image. |

It is a Lovik figure, a lot of people make that mistake of calling a Lovik figure a Maher figure. Undoubtedly because Maher Studios was Lovik's main retailer for his figures, and since they bought it from Maher Studios, they call it a Maher figure.
Although that figure is later than 70's, probably 80s would be more accurate, or late 70s at best. There are a lot of Loviks figures from that period, and before, and after, out there, the range of them come up for sale regularly everywhere. A lot of people rather dismiss Lovik, but he sold a lot of figures and they have held up well.
