I was wondering where is the best source to learn Disney princess hats?
I found this on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tfZiogA7n_M Where I have trouble is on making the base. The rest is a peice of cake. Any suggestions? Thanks Mike |

The dress is a balloon weave. Pull one loop part way through the next. Repeat.
