Who make the best magnetic scotch and soda that can be examined without the coin feeling loose?

I need to know if the Tango Magnetic scotch and soda has any loose feel to the coins when locked together by the magnet?

Hi
I have a lot of magnetic coin sets from Tango and Johnson and they do the job perfect, used them for years. In a new coin set, the insert will rotate and if it is a problem it will take 30 seconds to fix it. Take a look here http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......m=202&23 |

I purchased several tango scotch and sodas for a routine I was workin in a while back.
The inserts do not rotate. Possibly because the insert edges are quite sharp as compared to other S&S I have seen made years back.

But, the sound of the coins hitting the table or clinking together will not sound like normal coins.
Again, this is based on 3 Tango magnetic S&S that I purchased so you can make a determination if this sample size provides the correct representation for the population.

Sorry to revive this. I got a magnetic scotch and soda from tango and the insert does definitely rotate. It looks good but when anybody handles it, it will be found out immediately.
I looked into the other thread but did not see the solution for this. |
