Is there any copper coin that has exact same dimensions to that of a Morgan. Slightly smaller is also fine but it should not be even a mm larger.

Check with Todd Lassen.

I found a dollar-sized copper coin at a coin shop. Slightly larger than a Morgan. It was around $7 a few months ago. I imagine you could Google to find it or visit a few coin shops. TWOCAN posts on the Café once in awhile. He KNOWS coins and may have this coin or some ideas for you.

Todd Lassen actually mints his own copper and brass coins to exactly match the size of a Morgan dollar. You could check with him to see if he has any he would be willing to sell to you. My favorite is the triskelion crown (Isle of Man fantasy crown). He used to use fantasy crowns that you might still find on EBay that are pretty much the right size.

Are you open to using Chinese coins? If yes, there are several

@BanzaiMagic
Thanks for the help sir, but I am looking for something that is easily available. @Calvin Tong Anything other then Chinese is fine as I already have a Morgan sized Chinese coin and need one other type of coin now. |

Go on that auction site that rhymes with Schmee-schmay and do a search for "copper rounds"

I have manually reduced the size of a few of my copper coins so that they are the size of a morgan. I have a sudbury penny like this right now and a set of irish pennies (that fit in a half shell if I need them to).

Are the 50th Anniversary UN Rupees the same sizes as Morgans? I have a two morgan C/S rupees, but I don't have the actual rupee coins so they may have been shaved down..
