Psycho Cybernetics. I learned this technique as a kid and I believe it works. I don't think it should be relied upon exclusively, but I am convinced it will definitely give you an edge. FYI - In addition to the two study groups mentioned in the video, PC mentions a third, which does neither activity. Their rankings were not surprisingly at the bottom.

So, if the ability of people to conceptualize and use imagination declines from modern education (learn to the test) and vicarious experience, what will happen to people's physical abilities in the future? Or reasoning, for that matter?
