Hi! Is this Brandon? - your package was shipped on time..sometimes the post office is delayed..but none the less, we shipped your package Priority Mail, not first class. So it will still be on time or early even if there was a delay. I just checked on the shipping and look to arrive tomorrow Yay !

Hey Rasmus! For some reason I couldn't find any messages from you, not sure how or why this has happened, but I am very sorry none the less.. You have every right to be upset as I would be too! I just sent you a pm, and wish the forum post had a tagging feature so I could see these post when they were posted. I havent been on the Café much lately. I know its late, but would love to help sort out any issues you have. Sometimes the Doll's do break, they are hand made and of wood..but, we always try to help get them replaced whenever this happens. Look forward to hearing from you and very sorry again.

Anyone else have issues with their Doll, please contact us direct EVEN if you did not buy it directly from us. I would much rather have people performing this effect than not.
