Hi, TMC,
I'm back in school, and if you can believe it, I have a good reason to quote from the Gazzo/Simon Jackson 'Read between the (one) lines' booklet in an academic research text. I'm quoting from memory, as my own copy is in a trunk in a basement in Maine. Nobody will be in that house until after the Winter holidays, and seeing as I'm at Arizona State University...well, I'm not getting there anytime soon. I would very much appreciate any assistance in nailing down the page number for 'Sir, you're not standing in line for a hot dog.', as well as the publisher information for citing the work. Now, in terms of citing work from this particular booklet...that's a can of worms unto itself, and someone could probably write an article just about how that booklet was assembled in terms of crediting the "original" authors of the material...when known. But if anyone has the booklet on an easy-to-reach shelf in the library, and can send me that info to bdfoley@asu.edu I would be very grateful, as would my editor. Kindly, Brian (a few months away from an MFA in Theatre Directing) |
