After learning "Osaka Bills" I needed to find a better style of stage money. Hunted around the e auction site and came across several types of money. I also checked many sites that offered tellet/cashier training money as well as novelty and play bucks.
Finally ordered a batch of 100 'One Billion Dollar' stage bills. Cost was $20 shipped and got them in 4 days. This is the style I settled on http://www.ebay.com/itm/WHOLESALE-LOT-10......:US:1120 However there a number of styles to choose from in their store http://stores.ebay.com/WILDFIRE-WHOLESAL......14938032 Bills are cut the same size as a US dollar bill. The coloring is outstanding and looks great even from close up. Started working with them, and found them to be just the right amount of slick, as well as a good paper weight. I put a 1/2" x 1" piece of invisible tape on the back side in the middle to reenforce the fold crease. I plan on making a couple of spring bill bundles for the final production in my MD. I believe they will look better than the ones I bought online, they are reproductions of modern $50 and look faded. With 100 bills you can make a bunch of single SB's or a couple of bunches and have plenty left over for Osaka Bills or other routines. Thank you to all who helped steer me in the right direction to end up finding these play bills. Hope this helps someone else. Pete
