China successfully flew a stealth drone for the first time on Thursday, state media said, citing eyewitness reports.
A drone, called "Sharp Sword" by the media, made a test flight for around 20 minutes in Chengdu, reports said. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-china-25033155

Well it's not very stealthy if there were "eyewitnesses."

Have you seen them in Walmart yet?
In other news the US has flown two B-52 bombers over disputed islands in the East China Sea in defiance of new Chinese air defence rules and China has said, so, we landed six of our stealth drones at JFK airport the other day and took off and no one seen us. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-25110011

Well, after China declared unilaterally an "air defense zone" in which they would require nations to submit a pre-planned flight path and stay in communication with China along with clearly marked national flags on the planes, we decided to fly some B-52 bombers into this "air defense zone" WITHOUT submitting any pre-flight plans to China at all. The bombers conducted their "training exercise" without incident. According to the Chinese, those who failed to submit a pre-planned flight path to their authorities could face having jets scrambled on them. Didn't seem like the B-52 bombers faced the problem of jets being scrambled on them: http://news.yahoo.com/us-flies-b-52-bomb......843.html . A little birdie is telling me that we were sending a message to China with these B-52 bombers. Something else tells me if it had been anybody else besides the US B-52 bombers, China would have scrambled jets on them. China should not make threats that they are not prepared and do not have the means to back up on anybody and everybody.

Drone Games: The Rise of Chinese Drones
New unarmed drone deployments include the recent stationing of reconnaissance and ocean surveillance drones in Northeast Asia near Japan and the Senkaku islands and along China’s southern coast. Drones also are planned for the South China Sea where China has been encroaching on international waters and bullying nations of that region in asserting control over international waters, said officials familiar with intelligence reports.” http://ftmdaily.com/global-issues/resour......-drones/ Senkaku islands eh: That is the islands that the B52 flew over. “The islands, known as Senkaku in Japan and Diaoyu in China, are a source of rising tension between the two nations.” Hmmm
