I remember seeing that Pearl Bailey "Hello Dolly." She was hilarious. After the show, she would come out and do 30 minutes in one. She sang, told jokes, and mainly slinged uproarious zingers about her boss, the show's infamously grumpy and cheap producer, David Merrick. She'd take off her shoes and rub her feet, and tell the audience that her feet hurt so badly during the show because David was too stingy to buy her a decent pair. One of a kind lady.

Pearl Bailey was indeed one of the all time great stage performers. She was truly one of a kind.
I actually liked the all black version of Hello Dolly much more than the original: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84cXRKxaCpg |

And apparently he couldn't be Latino, (Michael Dunn's character was Migalito Loveless, Kenneth Branagh was playing ARLISS Loveless, not only an IRISH name, but a girl's name at that!)

All of these stories are as old as hills, moved from one time and place to another. Annie was probably Egyptian in the first place.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.
