Hi Tech Guys,
My computer buddy and I have tried to add my avatar photo to my name, but it was not accepted, saying the photo was too large. Yet when we reduced the size gradually down to as low as one-third the size allowed, it was still rejected, saying photo was too large. Can you offer any help? --Richard Fuehrer |

I'm not the tech guy here but try using this site to size or avatar. The size is 100 x 100 pixels.

Richard,
In addition to making your file no larger than 100x100 pixels as Mr Scribner advised, you must ensure that your file is also no larger than 15k. All the best! Dev/ |

Thanks so much, Dave, for your suggestion. I'm going to try it.
By the way, many years ago, my grandparents had a cottage in Lake Hopatcong, and my grandfather got up very early everyday to fish the whole day. When a youngter, I spent lots of time in Lake Hopatcong, and always enjoyed it, especially an occasional trip to Bertrands Island (not sure of the spelling) where all the amusement park attractions were. --Richard |
