Hi Ya'll, Just a question if I may. I am heavy into makeing the Bead Poodle Dogs, and was wondering if anyone knew of anything else that could be made with the beads.

I do a trickle show, put out a buffett table and a hat for tips. Have some poodles twisted up and around on the sides of my close up pad. They Glitter in the sun and draw people in. Cost @4Cents each and ususaly get a $1.00 tip for each one. Don't sell them, just say I'm working for tips. At this time of year, I usually say they make great stocking stuffers.
Last Saturday, my wife and I were eating at a Ihop and a lady came by and spoke to us. Well, I made one up for her and she liked it very much. When we got our ticket, it had PAID written on it. Seems the lady was the manager! |

Start with a longer chain of beads and make two dogs kissing.

Tried the two dogs and not a big hit. Not worth the effort. ?? I had thought it would go over better. People are strange!

Snip the top of the ears open, color the nose red with a Sharpie-->Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer! I made a hundred of these last month for the holidays.

I twist the poodle head then leave the rest of the body untwisted ... Boys like the King Cobra. Dale Obrochta at www.mbd2.com has a book on using Mardi Gras Beads for a wider variety of necklaces, braclets, and animals.
