Hi all.
I'm looking for the best Poker odds calculator possible. I tried by myself, but there are literally hundreds! And so many are just mere crap... I want something big: odds preflop, flop, after turn or river. Type of winning or loosing hands (for instance, when I loose with AS/KD, what kind of hand beats me). I want to use incomplete hands, or incomplete boards. For instance As/? and AD/?/?/?/? for the board. Etc. well, you get the idea. I'm currently coding mine (picture below) and I want to test and compare it with the best. So, which are the best ones you know? Thanks a lot! |

I am not sure because I did not have it long before my pal took it but as I recall there is a good Calculator etcetera in it. http://wilsonsw.com/
I don't know which one is best. I don't use them much but there is one at card player mag site which might be ok.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

Hi,
I used to use PokerStove many years ago when I started playing seriously. It used to be the best for serious players but I don't know anymore... I know it was discontinued are something and this seems to be the last link: http://pokerstove.soft32.com/free-download/ I don't know if it helps but it's a start. Right now I use Pokerodds from Cardplayer and it is good enough when I am studying and I have a hand I want to analyse after a game. It's an app on the Iphone but it seems to be discontinued ( I just looked it up). It's pretty complete and has all the things you mentionned that you were looking for. It also has everything for Omaha. Hope this helps and I will try to look for something similar, Slim |

Hmmm, looks like you didn't get me well guys .
I'm looking for a deep analyzing tool! All the ones you mentioned give basic odds, some are even very fast, etc. But none give details about the type of hand you have when you win, or, when you lose, what your opponents have? I want such details Preflop, after the Flop, after the Turn, etc. I want odds with incomplete hands. For instance I provide Ace of Spades and unknown card as my hole cards. I want to provide incomplete Flops as well (just imagine stacking/cheating...). Etc. I want the very details about every possibility of tie game, etc. Some of the software mentioned above are great, but none of them do that. I almost finished coding my own tool, but I'd like to compare its accuracy with others. That's why I need other's software . If you are interested I'll post a few more pictures. |

OH! It looks like you are looking for an advanced HUDs, a heads-up display that loads you're data and all of your opoonents data. They used to be popular before the black friday internet poker crash (by the FBI) in the States. You would buy one and it automatically kept all your data.I know some gave what you're opponent could likely hold math wise and such. You could reconstruct hands with %. I don't play online anymore so I can't give you a suggestion, sorry.
That being said (and with no really help from me), I am really interested in what you are developing! Slim |

You'd probably get more feedback on a specialized forum with a wider audience such as 2+2's software forum.

Thanks for the link. I'm gonna check that but I have tested around 25 Poker Odd Calculator so far. I think I'm gonna give up. It's gonna be faster to code mine than looking for one doing what I need. |

To those who may be interested, I'm done with this project. Was a pain. Anyway.
Here's one of the multiple "type" of numbers I can get. |

I'm not sure if it will help you or not.
But there is a program "FlopZilla". It helps you to analyse board textures. Have a 30 ( mb less ) day trial. If you're still interested in this type of calculators you should definitely try this one out. Also there is a program OddsOracle. U can make a very deep analysis with this one. And btw, couple of years ago I did a little research using flopzilla for different flop textures for different ranges and stuff. If u're interested - pm me, I'll send you via mail or w/e |

Hi p-h_junction
I know all these software. I tried them and some are interesting, but none could give me the numbers I was looking for. That's why I had to code mine, which was a pain in the neck to do (when you are forced to do something it's rarely a pleasure). Now, I have all the numbers I wanted . Thanks! |

I'm not sure whether many people understood what numbers you were trying to get with the tool... that's amazing. Are you willing to share it?
