From the mind of Simon Holm comes Decim a totally visual card restoration. Imagine having a card selected (no force) the card is signed by the spectator. You fold the card into quarters and tear one corner from the card. The corner is now tossed back on to the card. Believe me this looks crazy good!! You can now hand the totally restored card out as a memento.

Hi guys, just finished watching the explanation.
If performed correctly, the restoration will look just like it does on the video. The method is similar to other T&R's. However, I wasn't too happy with the clean up. I may or may not perform this, but I did learn a new utility that can used in other effects I do. So, for the price it wasn't bad. I was able to use my loyalty points at alakazam and got it down to a few bucks. |

I saw Peter's email about this, when I also saw it up for sale at MJM Magic: http://www.mjmmagic.com/store/decim-by-s......105.html
I purchased it and I wasn't entirely impressed. YES, it does look like the video.......but in my opinion, this is one of those effects which would look great on a demo reel, or some kind of website promo video....but doing it live is really tricky. Angles aren't great, and there is a little knack to pulling this one off. The instruction is well done by Simon though, so kudos to him there. I also like the creative thinking, but for me, it's not a practical effect that I will ever perform.
