Danny, not sure what your post refers to but assuming that you are talking about the Chick-fil-a CEO, he did more than just have a "different opinion".
He specifically channeled millions of dollars to anti-gay groups. Slightly different than just having an opinion. BTW, they have dramatically reduced their support of anti-gay groups as a direct result of the boycott. |

And anger, such as seen in the OP, is often triggered by fear of a nefarious and imaginary "homosexual agenda" to corrupt our children and society.
Irrational hate is generally based in fear. |
