Oh, gosh, I suppose the back palm is the least bad magic I performed in this video (I was so focused on the *** cats!), and I don't remember where I learned it...but I know every time I see McBride do it it looks amazing.

My cat hates pretty much everything I do except give her food, open the door and scratch her belly just the correct amount of time:)
