I think your use of the word "off" is what threw some of us. "Ripping off" a DVD is usually taken in a different context than "ripping" a DVD. At first I thought you were accusing someone of "ripping off" in the more negative connotation.
No harm. I understand now what you meant. Jim |

There was no mention of "maybe" or "possibly", you simply stated it as fact. You seemed very glib about it and never seemed to care if you were muddying someone's reputation or not. No skin off your nose, right? But there is apparently a lot skin off your nose when you perceive someone is making an accusation about you. Talk about hypocritical and ironic. This whole wordplay about ripping or ripping off is nonsense, your implication was the same either way. Don't try to now make it sound like we misunderstood you because we are just too ignorant to understand common terminology. Especially when what you said is in writing and we can go back and see it. You didn't say ripping a DVD, you said ripping off of a DVD. Combine that phrase in the same sentence as the word unauthorized and how do you think people are going to take your meaning? You should be offering an apology, not acting like you deserve to receive one. |

I will be happy to break this down for you because I'm in the mood to do so. Normally I wouldn't sully myself with this but what the heck.

I did not say "ripping a DVD" because that wouldn't have made any sense. I probably should have said it was "pulled" off of a DVD. I decided to use jargon and apparently it confused some people. My bad. Quote:
You should be offering an apology, not acting like you deserve to receive one. I can't explain this other than you are just reading incorrectly between the lines. I don't demand anything other than you getting your panties out of a twist. Now don't we all feel better? I know I do.

Very well explained and excellent tutorial. I do urge you to practice with a few different napkins. the rose did not appear to go together as quickly as I would have liked with my napkins at home
