What suggestions do you folks have to take place of a change bag. I have an effect in a mentalist routine, and a change bag is too show business. Looking for something less showy.

It would help if you said what you wanted to do with it. For example, you might use a zip-lock bag, or a small box, or even an envelope or a plain handkerchief, but each has its own set of advantages and drawbacks based on what you want to do with it.

You can go with a simple double walled paper bag...or a devil's hank with two pockets.

Creative magic had pandora bags which you can show empty and secretly load a force item.

Pandora Bags are no longer available. Change Cap...not sure about that. I heard from several members that they are a JOKE! They are also no longer available! LOL! Anyone disagree with me on the Viking?

I like the clear force bag or net force bag.

Use a normal looking Devils Hank. I make some as does Lynette Welsh.

Change caps and pandoras can be obtained from creative magic portion holders. Change caps are very deceptive...

I know this is a change bag, but it's one that is hidden in plain sight...

The GIANT devils hank from wack-o-magic would be a good option as well...
One famous magician was going to use it as a table cloth.. have people put billets on it.. gather up the corners and have a spectator pick one.. but really reaching into the gimmick. It's clean.. it's clever.. and now it's out in the open. It's easy to do with Wack-o-Magic's Giant Devil's Hank 30" square... |

"Hell's Tea Towel". Basically a devils hank in the form of a kitchen towel. I don't have this, but there is a video at the following link.

I have used a "ChangeBasket" for years. SImple to make -- just a handled basket with a cloth towel inside like you would take to a picnic. --but it is gaffed to form three pockets for change anything from collected billets to rope for PN final, a loaded Cup for C&B. Write me for details if necessary.
