Hello to all

My name is James and I'm a comedy/clown magician from Taunton, Somerset in the UK! I currently work as a resident entertainer at a holiday park in Burnham On Sea, where I'm trying to work more magic in to what I do. Even better, I've been given a budget for magic too...!
I currently do routines such as hippity hop rabbits, vanishing bandana, colouring book and colour changing silk dogs. Currently trying to expand to larger more complex magic tho.

I adapt a Tommy Cooper-eske way of performing, letting the kids think they have the upper hand!

Currently trying to get hold of a decent pizza oven trick or something similar. Maybe not with rabbits tho... Although do like the run rabbit run, but do 'too many hats' and 'hippity hop' so want the pizza to break it up a bit!

Anyways, that's pretty much me, hope to have loads of input and make some wizards and fools

Welcome Tauntonjams,

Ring and Rope is great for interacting with kids, plus you have a rope handy for Rope effects. Good for Stage or Strolling.

Larger Magic is not as good as Magic that plays larger. Silks are light and play big.

I too would like to have a Pizza Box, but the cost is on the steep side...
However, I've seen similiar the size for a quarter, the size for a 1/2 dollar.
I'm going to try and make one for a CD...

That way it's just as relavent, and smaller to pack..

Fiber optics for a rope routine would be a smash hit it seems like.
